Although the room felt a little run-down, the location is excellent and the reception staff were friendly. However, the air-conditioning wasn’t cool enough even when set to the lowest temperature, and the in-room phone didn’t work at all. Most disappointing was during check-out — we had four pieces of luggage and there was no porter or even concierge staff available to assist us in getting to the car. This was a stark contrast to my previous stays with family when the concierge was always present and helpful. Service standards seem to have dropped.

location is walking distance to Berjaya Time Square, plaza Tuah 1985 and bukit Bintang, Although hotel is not new, well maintain the condition. there are 4 lift however crowded in the morning. Buffet is good especially for those prefer to have Indian food. Half fried eggs and omelette must try.

Overall, Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of Malaysian hospitality.

it was a decent hotel. location wise not really strategic to bukit bintang area. but lalaport is just next to the hotel. so many indians travellers staying in the hotel.

Splendid stay in Furama, i will be back again for longer stay. Location is superb, there’s a lot of mamak stall opposite the Hotel and Mini shops just around the corner too.

This is my 6th accommodation in this hotel. Well located.. Requested for room facing the Petronas Twin Tower and they fulfilled it.The executive room was big, I must say for the price I paid The other room facing a abandoned black building. No improvement on the breakfast menu since my first stay. Only 4 lifts serving the hotel. Sometime overcrowded especially during peak checkin hours and breakfast.
