The apartment is quite a distance from the metro station Imamiya, especially with our luggages. We walked about 10 minutes before we reached the place. There were a handful of restaurants nearby so we didn’t have much choice to choose. Fortunately there is a microwave and oven so we can heat up our bento bought from nearby Lawson store. One very important factor that was not satisfactory is the air-con. There is only one air-con but we have 2 queen size beds in 2 rooms, so we have to keep the sliding door (which divides the two rooms) open so that all 3 of us can sleep comfortably. However the bedroom without air-con cannot get much cool air from the vent as it is quite a distance away. As a result, we did not sleep well during our stay. Don’t think we will book this apartment again if we travel to Osaka again.

It was a really comfortable stay for us and we loved that we could use the washing machine to wash our clothes! The only thing that was on the down side was that due to the walls being rather thin, we could hear the movement of the people staying on the floor above us.

It was very clean and had all kinds of useful amenities. Distance from the station is like a kilometre walk but it was fine for me. The station is also near to the major areas like Dotonbori.
If I ever visit Osaka again would come here again.

Good apartments - price quality! I liked that the area of the apartment is large, compared to other housing offers. The kitchen is small, but there are all the dishes, a microwave and even a toaster. The refrigerator is large. The beds are large and comfortable. All the little things are provided for 4 people. For complete comfort, we only lacked an iron.
The location is normal, the imamia station is a 7-10 minute walk away, I liked that it is small, if you are in Japan for the first time you will definitely not get lost. But it is a little difficult to get to from the airport.
Right at the station there is a daiso store - a stand-alone store, as well as a large grocery store with an excellent selection, cosmetics and a pharmacy.
There are also small stores closer to the house.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family for the purpose of traveling to Osaka. Overall, I am very satisfied.
