Jubeile Homestay (Anshan Xincun Subway Station Branch)

Stayed with my parents. The room was good even though it was not near tourist attractions, but we could travel by MRT which was not far away. From the basement of the mall where there were shops, supermarkets, chagee, kfc and others, the room was fully equipped to meet basic needs. Before leaving, the owner also gave us a gift. We may have communicated through a language translator but it was not a problem. There may have been some cigarette smell from outside but it seemed to be normal in China. We were satisfied with our stay.

Very good location, easy to accessible via Anshan Xinshun Station Exit 4, host very helpful, highly recommend for group or family to stay.

It's a good place to stay, close to the train station and shopping mall. It's self check-in/check-out. The room is clean and the owner is kind.

Very pleasant stay! The location is perfect, it is located right next to Metro station with a mall attached to the property. Many convenient stores incl. Aldi&Lawsons are very close by. The real property is exactly the same as pictures shown. The host was very kind, attentive, helpful and considerate. You will not get disappointed here.

We had a very good stay. The place is cozy and has everything you need. The communication and check-in were very quick and easy, whenever we sent a message we got a reply immediately. The location is very good, directly at Exit 4 of Metro Line 8. The room was quiet and comfortable. Thank you!

The apartment is located in a very convenient location — just a short walk from the subway and a department store. There’s also a cheap supermarket, coffee shops, a bakery, and great restaurants all within 1–2 minutes' walk. The room is clean and quite spacious, with all the necessary facilities provided. The host was very nice and kind. She even let us drop off our luggage at her room in the same building before check-in time.
