Shuttle bus is quite old and bus air conditioner not working. Everyone experienced hot sauna in the bus. Sweat like hell when reach airport. Overall hotel is clean, cozy. No MRT station nearby, but bus station is near.

happy with this 2nd staycation at changi village hotel. the front desk lady selected the best room for me. my daughter joined me and we met the lady tended to us in our last staycation❤️

First time in this area and we didn’t know what to expect! Turns out, it is a pretty relaxing staycation. This place is not the usual city buzz. We didn’t know the history of the neighbourhood until we were here.
There is shuttle bus that drops you around the area. They also have the shuttle bus to/from between hotel and the Changi airport T1/T3 as well.
Overall good stay.

I love the hotel room. It has bath tub as well. The room was big. A bit far from the city proper but accessible by bus.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool is an absolute treat for relaxation. There are also some great local restaurants nearby. The location is a bit of a drive from Sentusa and the city, but it’s only a 20-minute shuttle ride away from Changi Airport. The hotel’s shuttle service is really convenient and Helpful.

We were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. From the comfortable rooms to the stunning beach and tranquil pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. The exceptional service provided by the staff was also a highlight, with friendly and attentive personnel who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The hotel is in the mid of nowhere. It has bad noise isolation. The cleaner will start the cleaning at around 8 am. I also heard some drilling at 6-7am one day.
The AC is old and very noisy when functioning. Many things are aging.

Overall it's an ok hotel. Good points: spacious room, nice air conditioning system but old. Less satisfied points: 1. the blanket and the bed sheet seemed not changed during my 5-night stay even though the house keeping button was switched on. 2. The laundry room is not well maintained, no air-conditioning, no ventilation, the room was super hot, high humidity. 3. The hot water in room sometimes come out super slowly, after open the tap water for more than 1 mins, the water is still not warm.
