The facilities of the rooms are ok and tv can see the Youtube，the capacity of room in Tokyo are bigger than others. Go to the blow place are quite close！

Hotel has breakfast area with unlimited drink. Hotel staff were accommodating and let us store our luggage before and after check-in check-out. Any issue we had they addressed it promptly. We forgot some item and they emailed us right away to resolve it. Overall excellent staff and stay.

This hotel is close to akihabara station and iwamotocho station. It is almost a 10~15min walk which can be a bit far if you have luggage. But since we can access two train stations it was easy to travel to other major cities. There are also many restaurants in the area. However, the room might be a bit small if you need to open many luggages. And not much sunlight comes in so the room may be a bit dark. The employee at the front desk was very helpful.

friendly hotel reception and nice support from the staffs, but the maid is kind of rude somehow. The room is not that clean, the washing wand in the toilet is very dirty. room is small, but the bathroom size is above average.
Cleaning between staying is like doing nothing except towel changing.

Good spot for a simple stopover. Family suite size is small - but for one night, it was ok. Have kettle in the room but no tea/coffee. There is a ‘drink room’ for your free drink but no black tea or teabags there either. Could have coffee (machine) no milk or juice/soft drink option.

It is near to akihabara station and a halal eatery place. I would come back for the location but there were difficulties communicating with the night staff at the front desk as she only spoke in chinese. There isnt any luggage delivery service at the front desk so you have to arrange it yourself. From the pics i thought I will be getting a bathtub but the room I got didnt have one. We had an extra bed which we didnt ask for and had that remove immediately checking in.
