I had a pleasant stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nihombashi-Ningyocho. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. Staff were polite and efficient, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room was modern and had all the essential amenities.
The only downside was that the room was quite small, which might be a bit tight if you have large luggage. Also, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest train station, which isn’t too bad but could be inconvenient if you’re in a rush or carrying heavy bags.
Overall, a solid choice for a short stay in Tokyo, especially if you’re looking for something clean, affordable, and conveniently located in a quieter area.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, pleasant and without any smell. Free amenity on the 1 floor(even pyjamas!). The breakfasts were very fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly, kind and nice(each member). We were glad to stay there. Thank you!

Sotetsu Fresa Tokyo Lovely small hotel which offers good accommodations and two different types of breakfast — Japanese and European, fruits every morning. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were always polite.

As for me it’s not good location if you are going to shopping and going to bars because you will need to return here before 24:00 (last train before 24:00). But the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Also I didn’t like that even razor you need to take at lobby. But also there is a lot of useful things like treatment for face and hair, bath powder etc. Japanese breakfast is tasty, very good fish, costs 1100 ien.

Good location in a quiet place. Not far from different metro stations. The room is tiny, big suitcase almost not possible open on floor - not enough space.
Cleaning by request, in case of no sign on door - cleaning 1 time in 3 days. Different facilities are available on first floor - tea, coffee, dry cream. Moisturise lotion, oil cleaning, UV cream, facial mask and so on.

Worth for visitors need to have good access between airport and each locations with limited budget on hotel. But not recommended for priority on comfortable stay.
